# Quality Control

> A defined inspection process runs across the full production flow — materials, assembly, battery performance and pre-shipment random sampling. The steps below describe a standard process; documented reports are available per order.

## Eight checkpoints from material to carton

1. **Incoming material inspection** — Cells, motors, blades, housings and components checked against specification on receipt.
2. **Semi-finished product inspection** — In-process checks during assembly to catch defects before more value is added.
3. **Charging test** — Charging circuit and interface verified on each unit.
4. **Battery aging test** — Battery capacity and stability validated through aging cycles.
5. **Blade sharpness test** — Cutting performance and blade alignment checked against standard.
6. **Drop test** — Sample units drop-tested to validate housing and assembly durability.
7. **Final inspection** — Function, appearance and accessories confirmed before packing.
8. **Pre-shipment random inspection** — AQL-based random sampling on finished cartons before shipment.

## Inspection on the line

- **Charging test** — A technician runs each unit through a full charging cycle, checking the charging circuit, interface and indicator before it moves on.
- **Battery aging test** — Units sit on the aging rack through repeated charge-and-discharge cycles so we can confirm battery capacity and runtime hold up over time.
- **Final product inspection** — Before packing, each finished unit is checked by hand for function, appearance and complete accessories against the order spec.
- **Incoming materials** — Cells, motors, blades and housings are logged and checked in the components warehouse before they ever reach the assembly line.
